Rio Costilla Park rules are set forth by its owners and the New Mexico Department of State Forestry. Fire restrictions may apply at any time. We encourage visitors to come prepared.

Rio Costillas Park prides itself on staying as green as possible. We kindly ask visitors to pack out all trash. For your safety, please ensure that all trash is kept in closed containers during your stay. It is wise to keep all food packaged in sealed containers inside your vehicle or camper. This will help reduce the probability of wild animals entering and rmmaging through your camp.
Absolutely NO off road vehicles (includes mortorcycles) and no motorized boats.
Fish Limit for Latir Lakes and Little Blue Lake is four per fisher.
